Ms. Rioux earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2002. She received her undergraduate degree in History and a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate from Northern Illinois University. While at Chicago-Kent College of Law Ms. Rioux participated in the Labor and Employment Certificate Program and earned an award for her work in Collective Bargaining and Arbitration.

Ms. Rioux has been associated with the firm since 2004 and concentrates in the areas of labor law, employment law, and employee benefits.
